However, houses come with certain disadvantages such as higher maintenance costs, larger utility bills, and greater responsibility for repairs and upkeep. On the other hand, apartments offer convenience, better security, prime locations near markets and offices, and lower maintenance through professional society management. Despite these benefits of apartments, the freedom, comfort, and long-term satisfaction provided by a house still outweigh the extra effort for most families.
